Join us for a weekly bereavement walk around the Collingwood Arboretum on Thursdays at 11:30 am (weather permitting)!
Being in nature with light physical activity helps calm our minds and promotes mindfulness.
This is a gentle leisurely walk where you can connect with other people who are grieving the death of a loved one.
We meet in the parking lot behind McDonalds on First St. (where Cedar and Oak St. connect). No need to register – just show up!
