Why Moments That Matter?
At Hospice Georgian Triangle, we are privileged to be part of some of life's most meaningful moments.
A shared laugh. A quiet conversation. A final wish fulfilled. A compassionate hand to hold. A caregiver who felt supported when it mattered most.
These are the moments that stay with us.
As we prepare for Care Gala 2026: Moments That Matter, we invite you to share a moment that made a difference in your experience with Hospice Georgian Triangle.
Whether through care at Campbell House, grief and bereavement support, community programs, or the kindness of a volunteer, your story helps celebrate the impact of compassionate care in our community.
Share your Moment That Matters:
Together, we'll honour the moments, memories, and connections that remind us why hospice care matters.
