Walking Through our Grief – Wasaga Beach

Join us for a bereavement walk through the Oakview Trail in Wasaga Beach on Wednesday at 10:00 am (weather permitting)!
Being in nature with light physical activity helps calm our minds and promotes mindfulness.
This is a gentle leisurely walk where you can connect with other people who are grieving the death of a loved one.
We meet in the parking lot at the Rec-Plex Community Centre. No need to register – just show up!
