Until  November 30th, a group of community-minded businesses will be matching donations to Hospice Georgian Triangle, up to $29,000.

Hospice Georgian Triangle provides compassionate care in the home and at Campbell House for individuals and families dealing with life-limiting illness living in the communities of The Town of Blue Mountains, Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, and Clearview Township. Care programs come at no cost and focus on the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of both the patient and family, enhancing quality of life.

At Campbell House, we find that it’s the little things that make the difference. When caregivers need to take a rest, they often retreat to the kitchen at Campbell House, where they are comforted with a cup of tea and a selection of homemade baked goods.  This month, your gift would double the supply of nourishing meals for patients and their families over the holiday season.

Community Gift Match donor Lisa Simmons of Beach Hearing in Wasaga Beach chose to support this year’s match in honour of her loved one, who received care at Campbell House. Have a listen to the interview below. Lisa spoke about her connection on 95.1 Talk of the Town with John and Melanie.
