Make a gift in memory

Directing in memorium gifts to Hospice is a frequent wish of palliative individuals and their families. Hospice has in memorium cards that we will send on your behalf to the family. If this is your wish, please contact Hospice to learn more about how we can help you with this process. All in memorial gifts are tax receiptable to the donor. A list of all the names and addresses of the donations is sent to the family should they desire to send out their own thank you notes.
