At its November 2024 meeting, 100 Men Who Care Southern Georgian Bay chose to support Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation (“HGTF”) by donating $12,049 to assist the Hospice Georgian Triangle with the great work it does in providing end-of-life care patients and their families. The great majority of the donations were made during the November Crozier Gift match program resulting in a total of $24,098 donated to Hospice.
Hospice Georgian Triangle provides compassionate care at Campbell House and in the community for individuals with life-limiting illnesses or in their last stages of life in the Town of the Blue Mountains, Collingwood, Clearview Township and Wasaga Beach. Care programs come at no cost and focus on the physical, emotional and mental well-being of the patient, family and caregivers, enhancing quality of life. Campbell House itself is a 10-bed facility in Collingwood with more than 60 professional staff providing 24 hour seven-day-a-week hospice palliative care, palliative respite care, and community programs like grief and bereavement counselling.
“We are pleased to support the Hospice Georgian Triangle, particularly at a time when donations to the HGTF were matched through the generosity of Crozier Consulting Engineers.” David Trafford, Leadership Team Member, 100 Men Who Care Southern Georgian Bay. “This donation will support, not just the running and operation of Campbell House, but the great in community support the Hospice offers by providing short-term relief for primary caregivers as well as grief and bereavement counselling for both patients and their families.”
“We are grateful for the support from the 100 Men Who Care Southern Georgian Bay. The generosity from this group of caring men is so wonderful for our community and the charities they support.” – Sandra Sullivan, Executive Director, Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation.

About 100 Men Who Care Southern Georgian Bay
The Southern Georgian Bay area is one of the fastest growing areas in Canada and that growth brings with it increasing needs for support of local community causes and non-profit organizations. 100 Men Who Care Southern Georgian Bay seeks to provide some of that support by bringing together 100 or more men to contribute $100 at each of its four-yearly meetings to a local charity chosen by the Membership at each meeting. A small donation by many gives 100 Men Who Care Southern Georgian Bay the opportunity to make a real impact on the local Charities it supports. https://100menwhocaresgb.ca/
