Join us on a healing journey with the Hospice Grief Support Group at the South Georgian Bay Community Health Centre!
Grieving is a natural part of life, and you don’t have to face it alone. Our 8-week grief and bereavement group, led by the compassionate team at Hospice Georgian Triangle, is here to provide support, education, and a safe space for healing.
